Join us for a peaceful morning of yoga, mindfulness and nature in the beautiful grounds of Fyvie Castle, where centuries of history meets the timeless practice of yoga.
Surrounded by stunning scenery, ancient trees, and birdsong, this session invites you to slow down, reconnect and move mindfully in a truly unique and relaxing setting.
You’ll be guided by Rebeka from the Garden of Well-Being, who not only teaches yoga but leads a yogic lifestyle. With over 14 years of experience in yoga and meditation, time spent living and studying with monks, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a deeply grounded approach, making the practice accessible and welcoming to all.
Suitable for all levels, this gentle practice will leave you feeling refreshed, grounded, and ready for the day ahead.
After the session, you’re warmly invited to stay for an optional social cuppa in the Tearoom – a lovely opportunity to relax, connect with fellow yogis, and enjoy the surroundings a little longer.
A special morning of movement, mindfulness, history, and nature in one of Scotland’s most beautiful historic settings. 🧘♀️🌿🏰✨
