Each day begins with yoga and unfolds at a gentle, unhurried pace allowing time to relax by the pool, explore the Andalusian coastline or simply enjoy the Mediterranean sun. Nourishing meals prepared by our private chef, meaningful practice, relaxed conversations create space to breathe and settle into a slower rhythm of being. So that at the end of the retreat, you can return home feeling lighter, calmer and more restored.

Why Málaga?
With over 300 days of sunshine each year, Málaga offers the ideal setting to slow down and realign. The warm climate, Mediterranean light and relaxed pace of life naturally support rest and reconnection. Yoga on the rooftop terrace, wandering through whitewashed villages, or dinner by the pool at sunset – southern Spain has a way of inspiring you to breathe more deeply and feel more present.
Daily schedule
The day begins with sunrise on the rooftop terrace overlooking the sea, the city and the mountains at the horizon. We gather for morning meditation and breathwork surrounded by trees and birdsong, with bright green canaries flying overhead. From this inner stillness, an energising yoga flow helps ground, strengthen and open the body and mind. Enjoy a beautiful, nourishing and healthy brunch by the pool and then just be at your own pace: conversations with fellow yogis, read a book, sunbathe, have a siesta or a swim in the pool.
In the afternoon we head out to explore local gems: from the most beautiful beaches of the Costa del Sol to picturesque mountain villages with spectacular views, or relaxed time in Málaga city. Evenings bring us to dinner with the group and time to unwind. The day closes with a restorative yoga at sunset, and relaxation or sound healing under the open sky.

Our sun-filled villa is a peaceful sanctuary for the retreat. With stunning views of the sea, city, and mountains, it offers a sense of space and calm from sunrise to sunset. Spacious interiors, a private pool, rooftop terrace, and garden create plenty of places to rest, connect, or be alone. Surrounded by nature, yet only a short drive from the airport, nearby towns and beaches, it feels both secluded and accessible.
Who It’s For
This retreat welcomes both experienced yogis and complete beginners. Whether you’re looking to deepen your practice beyond the physical postures or are just beginning your yoga journey, you’ll be supported where you are.
A basic level of fitness and mobility is helpful, but this is not a high-intensity yoga retreat. Practices are adaptable and offered with yoga philosophy in mind, always with space to modify or simply rest when needed.

What You’ll Experience
Each day includes two yoga sessions along with meditation, breathwork, sound healing, fascia release techniques, and qi gong. Morning practices are energising and grounding, while evening sessions are slower and restorative, focusing on release, softness, and awareness.
You’ll also experience practices designed to support deep relaxation and body awareness, from gentle fascia work to sound healing and meditation that helps you settle more fully into yourself.
Everything is optional. Guidance is always offered, never enforced. You’re free to join in or step back at any time. Meals are prepared and served for you, with your wellbeing in mind.
